Brides of Bear Creek and Bear Bluff have been coming to Alli’s family bridal shop, Bear Brides for years now.  She might not fully understand why, but Alli does know that there seems to be a tighter bonding here in this area, people take marriage more seriously, hold it and their partners as more precious throughout the years.  Although she’s happy doing what she loves, she’d also love to find that connection for herself.  And she is talking herself into believing that the man she’s been dating might be the one.  Although in her heart she knows that’s not really true, Graham doesn’t treat her with the love and respect she sees in other couples in these small towns.  But there’s a part of her that’s willing to settle for what she can get and wait no longer for what she maybe could find one day.  Until two things happened one after the other.  She helps a handsome man with a purchase in her shop and is captivated by the feeling of knowing he’s hers.  And Graham bursts into the shop and loudly proposes with a few crass comments.

Kian has recently bought a farm on the edge of Bear Creek, an old building that is in desperate need of some loving attention and costly repairs.  Yet, it’s home for he and his younger sister.  The town is small and welcoming, the area around his property allows them to run freely as bears when the desire hits and he’s got a feeling about this place.  That feeling perhaps turned out to be that his  mate was nearby.  Now he has to convince her that he is the right man for her… oh, and that his turning into a bear is really not that strange at all.

I had such fun with Kian and Alli’s romance.  It’s lighthearted, sexy with a couple who are perfect for each other – and a nasty piece of work villain to enjoy loathing.  It’s a cute and sexy story that in a way brings both Bear Creek and Bear Bluff into the same story for parts.  I enjoy when that happens in parallel series.  Full of likable characters, many we know from earlier in this series and Bear Bluff, a interesting story line and the feel good moments that I’ve come to expect from this author.  I’d recommend this story and these series to any Paranormal Romance or Shifter Romance readers.  Indulge yourself and enjoy.
