Aisling has every reason in the world to like her life as it is: away from the shifter community. Tucked in her little corner of the world, she sees no reason to gets involved in the drama of the ever warring packs, until trouble knocks at her door.
Trouble wrapped in a delicious package her cat wants to claw.

Raygan didn’t know what he expected when he moved his pride to the loner’s territory; maybe having to deal with a criminal, or someone in hiding. Instead, he found a fiercely protective, insanely attractive lunatic with secrets he wants to unravel.
A lunatic who might very well be his fated mate.

Sexy shifters and their feisty mates who aren’t shy about loving each other – so, this is an adult, 18+ reader tale.

You know that unique, indescribable feeling you get when a story you’re reading really gets to you?  When you really don’t want to leave that created world just yet, so maybe you read a bit slower near the ending?  Yeah.  I got that from my first time reading May Sage’s work in Kitty Cat.  Such a soft, sweet title for such a  kick ass book, ya know?  I’ve got the next story downloaded ready to begin, and a very nice back list of stories to check out.  I’m one happy reader at the moment.

In this world humans know about shifters, yet they don’t exactly trust them very much just yet.  Like any unknown it’s frightening until you get to know someone and that happens a bit in this story.  And hopefully will be enhanced in later ones as well.  Raygan’s pride is under attack from wolves.  The reason is unclear, yet they will not stop it seems until they all are destroyed.  One of his pack members is a Seer, and the description of what is to come is enough for plans to be made to leave the area.  One stray thought from the pack’s Beta is enough to send them into a lone shifter’s territory.  One powerful, kick butt and take names shifter who isn’t exactly what she seems on the surface.  Snarky, independent, stubborn and sexy are just a few words that Raygan would use to describe Aisling.  His is the one word his tiger would use, but Raygan is ignoring his cat for the moment.  With a temporary home, a wolf pack on their trail and troubles within his own pride, Raygan has enough to deal with… but getting Aisling out of his head is more difficult than he’d imagined.

Aisling is annoyed to find this pride in her territory.  Even if she is always happy to see one particular member of it.  They’re in trouble, and as much as she’d like to ignore the lot of them there’s something about the alpha that draws her in like catnip… and she’s very, very addicted to catnip.  She’ll fight what they are to each other until she simply cannot any longer.  When trouble heads right to their doorstep Aisling has a few tricks up her sleeve.  Being a Lone cat shifter doesn’t mean she’s without friends… and her friends are very powerful.  This wolf pack wants a fight… they’re going to get one.

Kitty Cat ticks all the right buttons for me.  An intriguing, solid plot, likable characters, sexy moments, danger, tensions and enough secondary characters to keep this series addicted reader quite content for a while.  I just happened to find this story as I was browsing through Amazon and I’m very grateful that I did.  I like Ms. Sage’s style, I enjoy her characters and I definitely chuckled at her way with words.  A good story with hopefully more about this group to come.  I’d definitely recommend Kitty Cat to any Paranormal Romance or Shifter Romance reader.
