His wolf wants him to repair his pack, but then she comes along. Will love be his ticket to salvation, or will it disrupt things even more?

Blade Malone is the new alpha of the Dark Moon Pack, but his pack is in shambles. Damage from their previous leader still lingers, and so does Blade’s guilt for the things that happened. Just when there seems to be no light at the end of the tunnel, his mate walks into his life.

Laney Henry thought she was emailing the man she was hired to interpret nightmares for, but she was wrong. Instead, the big, burly biker doesn’t know why she’s standing in his motorcycle clubhouse. Not one to walk away from a challenge, Laney knows if she can get his walls down, she can figure out what’s troubling him and help.

But a pack in disarray brings challenges, and when those challenges threaten Laney, Blade knows he must step up and protect the woman his wolf has chosen—even if it means tossing pack rules out the window.

Title:  Redemption of a Wolf
Series:  Dark Moon Pack #1
Author:  Jennifer Snyder
Published:  January 23, 2023
My Rating:  4.5 stars

Redemption of a Wolf begins the next series in the Paranormals of Crescent Creek world entitled Dark Moon Pack – and what a start to this new series Blade and Laney are!  But first, can I just say how much I love that cover!?  Ok, gushing aside, I had such a good time back in this world and frankly, this world just keeps getting better with each new series released.  I would though, suggest reading the Crescent Pack series if you haven’t already for there is a huge tie-in with that series – it’s not totally necessary, you’ll learn the basics here but they are amazing stories and will set up this new series for you quite seamlessly.

Blade has become the Alpha of this pack, perhaps not willingly but out of necessity for the survival of them all.  He is haunted by the past, so much so that his nightmares are affecting his every waking moment as well.  When one of his pack “helpfully” brings a dream interpreter to the pack house life is going to change for both Blade and Laney but, of course, at first, Blade will brush off his troubles making it seem like he doesn’t need help from anyone.  Even though his wolf knows full well they’ve found their mate.

Laney has no idea of the world she’s stepping into, but she does recognize a man who needs her help if only he weren’t so stubborn about it.  And, perhaps, that spark of attraction between them has her pushing a bit to be let into Blade’s life.  Little does she know that her life is about to change forever – and while she may have a touch of magic in her dream interpreter role, she has no clue that she’s stepped into the middle of a battle for power in a wolf shifter’s pack.

I absolutely loved Redemption of a Wolf.  It’s a short story, it sets up the rest of the series to come perfectly by giving us some background, some drama, and a solution that will (I imagine) flow into the rest of the series.  Sexy, steamy with a bit more danger than Laney understands at first, this one captured my imagination from the start and I cannot wait to see where this series leads us.

If you love a well-written, engaging, emotional Shifter Romance then you’ll feel right at home with Redemption of a Wolf.  I loved this one so much… and it was an introductory story, looking forward to the next release.
